We usually do a little photo editing of images we put on our websites. We can scale them if they are too large, create smaller thumbnail images, and increase the compression so they will download faster. We can do these things very rapidly, often with the use of automated scripts.
Sometimes, we will do more photo editing for more important images. Perhaps there is a page image that could be lightened or darkened. Sometimes we have a good image that was backlit, so the subject is too dark and the background is too light.
No amount of photo editing can make a bad picture good. But we can sharpen an image that is just a little blurry, or even replace a dull sky with a much more attractive one.
Soon we will add a link here to show some examples of before and after photos to show what is possible.
