Almost all of our websites require some copy editing. We prefer that our clients give us some kind of written information to go on their websites, but we always check for spelling, grammatical errors, sentence construction, and other content considerations.
Nobody’s perfect, and occasionally a mistake gets into one of our websites, but in most cases, we do pretty well. Our clients have varying degrees of writing skills, but as long as we can get something about what you want to say, we can usually do a good job of communicating it to your customers.
Probably the best way to send us information to go on your website is via email. A few of our customers send us written information in a Word document, but since formatting for a word processor is different than in a web page, a Word document takes a few extra steps compared to sending plain text in an email. But we can handle almost any format you can send us.
